The restaurant originally opened in 1957 as a popular hamburger joint, and was then taken over by Nangy and Fahima Ghafarshad in 1973. In addition to being a restaurant, we’re proud to offer unique & versatile private spaces for any gathering. The décor features one-of-a-kind photographs and artwork by several local artists, conjuring the comfort of home with just a touch of the exotic.
Event Space 1
This space is perfect for large meetings, presentations photo shoots, meet and greet, book clubs or book signings and much more. For events with food and beverages visit waltersrestaurant.com/private-events. The rectangular tables can be arraigned in a variety of ways to seat groups of four, six, eight, or more. We offer speakers to play your Spotify playlists (must email playlist in advance). We also offer Screen/Projector capabilities for $175 extra fee.
