The office space is located in the last of a string of train cars on a property in northern Boonville. The entire car used to be a veterinarian's office, and thanks to recent renovations, it is now divided into office spaces. The space features a modern desk with lamp and wireless phone charger, convenient outlets, heat/AC, and a comfortable loveseat. It has a door that closes but does not lock, and is connected to a working office (with a door that does lock). Minimizing noise is important (e.g. headphones for zoom calls, keeping voices at a conversational volume, etc). There are cafes within walking distance but the space is relatively quiet since it is at the back of the property. If you are looking for gleaming surfaces and a high tech vibe, this is not the place. Charming with a healthy dose of quirkiness, there are lots of plants, strong WiFi (for the area), and lots of parking in the large lot next to the train cars.
