Super easy, staff was helpful and friendly. Great choice for a room for a day.

Space was great. Exactly what we needed. Room was freezing though and we were told the whole floor was at the same temperature. Would be nice to be able to control that! If the parking was a little cheaper ($20 for two hours), I would book again.

The room wasn't very clean, the furniture was dated, there weren't markers for the dry erase board.

I'd give ZERO stars if it was available. Only one good thing - it is centrally located. Staff is unprofessional, carrying on conversations about personal arrest records and parties. It is difficult finding the meeting room and attendant nearly sent away a guest claiming she didn't recognize our group name. Conference Room 1 is in poor shape - the chairs are worn and many have taped armrests. The bathroom is unkept and only one guest can use at a time.

The people were really accommodating and very nice. They helped me with the monitor and showed us the kitchen which was well stocked. The only drawback was the "cash-only" parking which was awkward for my client. They had to run to the ATM. Other than that, I would use it again.
