Glass-wall lets in natural light. Ceiling fans for added ventilation. Restrooms just down the hall. After-hours usage available with advance notice. Just ask and we'll try to accommodate you.

42, Inc. is an IT consulting firm located in the beautiful David Brower Center in Downtown Berkeley. We currently have 13 employees and have been in business for more than 25 years. We are located in the heart of Downtown Berkeley, near tons of food options and cafes, and just across the street from UC Berkeley, Everything is within walking distance, BART is just a block away, and there is a pay city parking garage right under the building. Office atmosphere is quiet and informal. Tech personnel are in and out with usually 6-10 people in the office at any given time. The Brower Center is premium space in Downtown Berkeley and is LEED Platinum rated, the highest possible rating from the US Green Building Council’s Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design program.
