The boardroom also has recessed lighting as well as fan with additional lights for a bright space!
Right outside, there is a Keurig single brew coffee system and coffee pods provided by the building for tenants and boardroom guests alongside a water fountain. The thermostat is located right outside the space for temperature adjustment.
There is a large courtyard where your guests can relax during breaks, etc. with a fountain and faux grass. Mens/womens restrooms are located by courtyard and luxuriously remodeled in September 2019. The hallway leading to the boardroom has been updated with white Venetian plaster, grey wood-grain tile flooring and nice artwork for a professional atmosphere!
