I was very disappointed with the condition of the conference room for our recent meeting. We reserved the room more than a month in advance, yet it appeared that little attention had been given to its upkeep before our arrival. The tables had dried food residue on them, the floors was dirty as well as the walls and the walls are heavily scuffed. The overall cleanliness did not meet expectations for a professional meeting space. There were also several safety and functionality concerns. One table was broken and collapsed when I attempted to use it. The wall port did not work, exposed wires were visible behind the television, and the technology in the room felt outdated. There were no instructions available for operating the equipment, which created unnecessary challenges during meeting setup. Additionally, the television screen was too small for the size of the room, making it difficult for attendees seated in the back to clearly view our PowerPoint presentation. I strongly encourage management to ensure rooms are thoroughly cleaned, inspected for safety issues, and tested for proper technology functionality prior to guest arrival. I hope these issues are addressed for future guests.
