This former department store offers a range of open plan communal workspaces and private offices on Rose Street - here, you literally could not be more central if you tried. Space is available for those making positive impact: charities, non-profits, social enterprises, ethical businesses and local community organizations. We encourage collaboration and community, with spaces from 1 to 60 people available, ranging from 3m² in size to our 300m² 4th floor suite. We believe in doing good. That means flexible contracts, fantastic facilities, and fair prices.
