HEALTH & SAFETY

As a co-working space we have overall responsibility for the health and safety of our employees/members. Employees/members also have legal responsibilities to take care of the health and safety of themselves and others, and to co-operate with Forty4 to help you comply with the law. 

Day-to-day tasks are delegated as per below; Overall and final responsibility for health and safety is that of Jo Derviller, Director. Day-to-day responsibility for ensuring this policy is put into practice is delegated to Martin Barnsley, Forty4 manager.

All employees/members have to: co-operate with representatives of Forty4 on health and safety/first aid matters; not interfere with anything provided to safeguard their health and safety; take reasonable care of their own health and safety; and report all health and safety concerns to the appropriate person, as detailed.
