W1 Workspace is a professional and modern venue that you can take over with private hire. The space is made up of 3 private rooms plus a reception area with waiting room seats and round tables in the middle - the reception connects all of the rooms and set over one floor, with two separate entrances. We are flexible to move the furniture to suit your requirements, but as standard each room has a table with seating in either a round table or boardroom style set up. Additional seating can be added or taken away, including sofa, soft chairs, and desk chairs and small round tables available. Each room has multiple windows with floods of natural light.

Located at 45 Albemarle Street, W1 Workspace is situated in the heart of London’s Mayfair with excellent access to transport links, conveniently located with a 3 minute walk from Green Park underground station, a 5 minute walk from Piccadilly Circus underground station, and a 17 minute walk from London Charing Cross main line station. The venue is adjacent to Old Bond Street and Jermyn Street where luxury retailing, exceptional restaurants and hotels are located. Be it for board meetings, mediation, interviews or a simple brainstorm, our modern, newly refurbished meeting rooms will fit any requirement you may have. All rooms benefit from free Wi-Fi, natural daylight, air conditioning and stylish furnishings, varying in size to accommodate meetings for 1 to 24 people, boardroom to theatre style.

The Mayfair Room
Our flagship room seats up to 10+ in a Boardroom style, 24 in a theatre style, or 30 standing. The room is equipped with contemporary furnishings and features a 65” Samsung UHD TV screen for audio-visual presentations which can be mirrored from your laptop via Apple TV, Samsung screen mirroring or by using the built-in HDMI socket. With secondary windows along one wall, the room is bright and airy and enjoys spectacular views overlooking Albemarle Street, while providing enhanced sound insulation.
The Piccadilly Room
Seating for 6 in a Round Table style (2 additional seats can be added to make 8), the room is equipped with contemporary furnishings and features a 65” Samsung UHD TV screen for audio-visual presentations which can be mirrored from your laptop via Apple TV, Samsung screen mirroring or by using the built-in HDMI socket. With secondary windows along one wall, while providing enhanced sound insulation.
The St James's Room
Seating for 8 - 10 in a Boardroom style, the room is equipped with contemporary furnishings and features a 65” Samsung UHD TV screen for audio-visual presentations which can be mirrored from your laptop via Apple TV, Samsung screen mirroring or by using the built-in HDMI socket.
