Some rooms overlook the Garden Ring and the beautiful Ministry of Foreign Affairs building, while from the other side there is a view over the Moskva River and of the modern buildings of the new business district. The centre has nine meeting rooms which can hold between two and 40 people. The area is surrounded by upmarket hotels, restaurants and cafes and is close to Arbat Street, a medieval pedestrianised street full of old-style Russian houses. The centre is conveniently located over a shopping centre which also has a supermarket, several restaurants and a fitness centre.  This location has disabled facilities.
