Symptom Self-Monitoring

. On a daily basis, go to the reception to self-measure your body temperature before starting your activity.

. In the presence of symptoms, you should inform the person responsible and adopt the procedures indicated and established in DGS Guideline 06/2020.

. In case of suspected contact with a confirmed case of COVID-19, we recommend that you stay at home and contact the SNS24 (808 24 24 24), communicating this situation to the person responsible for the Workhub.

 

Cleaning and Disinfecting Surfaces

. Cleaning and disinfection of facilities with reinforcement, especially in areas with the highest risk of infection transmission

. Desks are sanitized and disinfected daily

. For a more effective cleaning we ask that you leave your space as tidy as possible

. Materials or products are available at reception for disinfecting work surfaces whenever necessary.

 

Hand Hygiene and Respiratory Etiquette

. Frequent hand-washing or disinfection with alcohol-based hand sanitizer

. Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds, rubbing your palms, back of each finger and wrist, drying them well at the end

. Or disinfect your hands with an alcohol-based solution with 70% concentration.

. Several alcohol gel dispensers are distributed throughout the different Workhub spaces

. When you cough or sneeze, cover your mouth and nose with a tissue or your arm to avoid droplets (do not use your hand).

 

Kitchen

. Wash your hands thoroughly before and while you are preparing meals

. Do not share food or objects between people during preparation, cooking and consumption

. Bring your cutlery and other utensils you may need

. If you have to use the Workhub utensils, we recommend that you wash them with detergent before using them

. We ask you to avoid gatherings by the coffee machine.
