Seats are a fixed sofa and not a work chair making it uncomfortable to sit beyond a certain limit. Not private - the arrangement is open in a lobby.

Hot desk is not suitable for working full day. Seats aren't comfortable and those were sofa seating. Also the are was too noisy and near reception. People coming to reception can confuse us as workspace representative easily.
Finally we got a meeting room which helped us move our day forward.
