Covid-19 Response Plan

 

You must take your temperature upon entering the premises using the digital thermometer provided. This must be wiped down by anti-bacterial wipes after use

Everybody must fill out the return to work forms, if there are any areas of concern from the forms that person may not enter the space until it is safe to do so

All users must wash their hands upon entering the space and wash them regularly during the day

Social Distancing of 2m must be adhered to at all times and all seats / desks have been rearranged accordingly

A one-way system has been implemented and must be used

Cleaning of desks, public areas will be done twice a day

A deep clean of the space will be done weekly

Meeting rooms will be cleaned straight after use

A daily log of who and when they are in will be kept for contact tracing purposes

Anti-bacterial wipes are provided in all common areas

Use only your own personal cup or utensils

No queuing for toilets or in any common areas

If any member of the space develop any symptoms they will immediately be isolated in the conference room until able to be transported safely for either self-isolation or medical support
