The place is good located, next to part dieu train station and the office is nice, but it is a coworking space in an open space with 9 desks in one room, only nice if they are not too much people when you come (which was my case). But for a corporate service, the opening hours are very short: 9 am to 5 pm and you cannot arrive nor leave outside of these hours which limits a lot.
