Design Offices | München, Design Offices, Campus Königsplatz

The Konigsplatz Campus in Munich comprises a new office and business quarter covering around 18,000 square meters in Munich's most central location. Located directly on the popular Königsplatz and surrounded by numerous museums, cafés and restaurants, the campus-style building complex is situated in a lively, urban environment. Thanks to its prime location, the location has optimal transport connections. Munich's main train station is just a few minutes' walk away. "Thanks to the perfect location in Maxvorstadt and the connection to the innovation delta of Germany's most renowned technical university, its numerous startup activities plus an attractive corporate environment, we are putting together a new product offering here with the Campus concept," reports Dr. Joachim Gripp, CEO of Design Offices GmbH. In addition to the proven offerings for medium-sized businesses and corporates, there will also be work environments for young founders with smaller units in a younger rougher look and at more affordable prices. An inviting courtyard with a stream, a cozy café and a modern roof terrace round off the versatile campus location.
