With enough space for up to 50 people to spend long periods of time comfortably, this suite features plenty of sunlight with large West facing windows, 2 washrooms, lounge space with couches, a call booth, 3 breakout rooms (4 person and 2x 6 person) and a large conference setup with full AV. The tables that the conference setup is made up of can be easily recombined into desk pods for working sessions or classroom style for education/training sessions! Audio Visual equipment is included for presentations + video calls with white boards & the main conference setup seats 28+ people.

A turn-key corporate event venue - fully furnished with audio-visual equipment pre-configured and managed by our in-house media production team. This single floor venue overlooks our reception cafe and King Street beyond - with high ceilings, exposed brick and plenty of natural light. The open concept floorplan is comprised of a lounge space with couches, social space for entertaining with bar plus a presentation space - fully kitted out with professional AV equipment for any kind of presentation or live-stream. This venue can seat up to 150 people (max) but is still comfortable for smaller groups - offering the ability to host sessions and entertain in the same space, with the option of booking alongside other suites at StartWell to create a uniquely modular event planning solution that keeps everything under one roof!

Our smallest event venue is perfect for small presentations or large meetings. Located next to our espresso bar and library on our 1st floor. This bright and spacious 1st floor suite features a large lounge with armchairs and couches, plus full AV for presentations and enough space for large conference tables or intimate row seating setups. With West facing windows - plus two glass walls facing our espresso bar, Cube is always bright and comfortable. This suite is flanked by a bank of call booths and next to our Library space - the two combined creates a great solution for intimate all-day sessions. Suite Capacity Conference Table: 21 People Chairs on the outside of tables setup in a 'U' shaped conference configuration facing the presenter stage. Row Seats: 42 People 7 Rows of 6 people each - all facing the stage with enough legroom and aisle space to move up to the stage easily. Banquet: 40 People Using our standard 6-foot tables, with 8 chairs surrounding each: great for workshops and private dining.
