One small room for assitant, storage, filing or meeting is also available. Can take whole space together or a part. We are looking lease it on a monthly or yearly basis for someone's use. One private cabin in the area is occupied by a lawyer. All the utilities, internet, phone service and furniture is included in the rent. The furniture includes waiting area couch and chairs, one L-Shaped Desk - Chair, Storage Cabinetry, Executive Desk - Chair (with storage) and visitor chairs.
