Location Description: Completed in 1957, this eight-story structure occupies a full city block and offers an abundance of natural light to the workspaces occupying one floor. The uniqueness of the building's architecture is captured by the interior design, which features 12-foot open ceilings, 9-foot wood doors with glass inserts, glass office fronts, and exposed concrete columns and floors. Neighborhood/Building Description: Located at the corner of Queen and University, taking up an entire city block and set within the very thriving corporate heart of the main financial district of Toronto. Strategically situated right outside Osgoode Subway station, in close proximity to number of local retail outlets and only a short walk to Union Station, the transportation hub for all of downtown Toronto. Across the street from the PATH underground walkway and steps to Bay Street, Canada’s financial and business capital.
