The Intelligent Office team was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and organized. The room is a bit tight for 12 attendees, we had 9 and it worked out for us. It's a bit of a challenge to find the elevators to get up to the 35th floor, and note the elevators are not active until 8:30am unless you have a security badge.
