COVID-19 Safety Policy for Office146
At Office146, we are committed to maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all members, guests, and staff. In light of the ongoing pandemic, we have implemented the following COVID-19 safety measures:
Vaccine & Screening Requirements:
Proof of Vaccination: All members and visitors are required to present a valid vaccine passport along with a government-issued ID.
Negative Test: Unvaccinated individuals renting private offices must provide proof of a recent negative COVID-19 test.
COVID-19 Screening:
All individuals must complete a COVID-19 health screening form, either in paper form or via QR code, upon entry.
Employees and members are required to complete their screening online or using the QR code provided.
Mask and Social Distancing Guidelines:
Mask Usage:
Masks must be worn at all times except when in a private office or while seated and eating in designated lunch areas.
For hot desk users, masks may be removed if a plastic screen is in place, subject to staff discretion.
Guests and Non-Members:
Non-members, especially those booking conference rooms, are required to follow the same safety protocols as members.
Facility Access and Safety:
Limited Access: The front doors should remain closed at all times to prevent unauthorized entry.
Room Sanitation:
All meeting rooms, conference spaces, and designated drop-in offices will be sanitized thoroughly after each use.
Unoccupied drop-in offices will also be regularly cleaned to ensure safety.
