Arbitration Place is a purpose-built proceedings and meeting facility at Bay Adelaide Centre West, 333 Bay Street. Our rooms are designed for mediations, arbitrations, depositions, examinations, board meetings, client meetings, and corporate off-sites that need a polished, private, professionally supported setting.
Guests have access to video conferencing, presentation technology, whiteboards, reception support, on-site assistance, and full food and beverage coordination. With an on-site kitchen and catering support, we can arrange coffee, tea, beverages, breakfasts, lunches, snacks, and fuller catering service based on the needs, timing, and dietary requirements of the booking.
Arbitration Place can support meetings and proceedings 24 hours a day, including early-morning, evening, overnight, weekend, and extended-session bookings by request.
The building connects directly to Toronto's PATH network and is steps from Union Station, King and St. Andrew subway stations, hotels, restaurants, and the downtown legal and financial community.
