At Flex Space Inc, the health and safety of our members, visitors, and staff is of paramount importance. RESPONSIBILITY:

• The management team is responsible for implementing and enforcing health and safety measures.

• All staff members, including co-workers and contractors, are accountable for adhering to health and safety guidelines.

• Members and visitors are expected to cooperate with our health and safety policies and report any hazards or incidents promptly.

OBJECTIVES:

1. Provide a safe and healthy workspace environment for all.

2. Identify and assess workplace hazards to prevent accidents and injuries.

3. Ensure compliance with local health and safety regulations.

4. Educate staff, members, and visitors on health and safety procedures.

5. Establish emergency response plans and provide adequate training.

KEY HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES:

• Regularly inspect and maintain the premises and equipment to identify and address potential hazards.

• Provide clear emergency exit routes and conduct periodic evacuation drills.

• Ensure proper ventilation, lighting, and ergonomics within the workspace.
