Narratif Design Studio

A unique modern open concept, loft-style design studio - Home to Narratif Design Inc, an architectural & interior design firm. Our curated, minimal and neutral design space is 1,200sq ft, with soaring 14’ ceilings and ample bright natural light. The private boardroom comfortably fits up to 8 guests, with access to our fully stocked kitchenette with an espresso machine and small bar fridge. The studio houses an internal common area with a large modern sofa and overstuffed loungers and a large harvest table with 4 chairs for dining. Our building and private suite are fully wheelchair accessible and offer FREE parking with easy access to the two major highways. We have 2-4 seats/desks available to sublet. Hoping to find like-minded individuals to share our space. Best suited for a small company or a satellite setup. Multiple seat rates will be prorated accordingly.
