The office is shared by two architectural firms with currently 11 people total. The space includes:

glass enclosed boardroom that comfortably holds 8 (with pop-up TV),
Generous lounge and kitchen,
Storage / printer room.
Large desks with dedicated storage.
Internet, printing and weekly janitorial services included.
Large, north facing, operable windows, and air conditioning.
The desks are in an open work area beside one of the architectural firms, with storage at each desk and also elsewhere in throughout the office. The washrooms are in the common hallway outside of the office space.
On site parking (in the lane) is available for $200 a stall / per month, and off site parking (one block away in a parking garage) is available for $130 a stall / month.
