Entry to the room is from the street, with a lockable door. There is an internal door through to the co-work space which can be closed for sound proofing but does not lock.

Connect to the Smart TV to support video conferencing.

Floor to ceiling glazing provides natural light, with a wide strip of film to ensure privacy.

Ground level access with accessible bathroom. Note however that the bathroom is down a corridor with heavy fire rated doors.

Access to filtered water, tea, coffee machine and snacks is self-serve via the co-work space. Support with catering can be provided on request.

There is a simple kitchenette at the rear of the property with a bar fridge and microwave.

4 hour free undercover parking within a minute walk from the office (access via driveway off roundabout); 4 hour paid beach parking; or free 1 hour parking directly outside the office; and varied 1 hour, 2 hour or all day parking in surrounding streets.

There is a small color printer that can be accessed via wifi. Suitable for small amounts of printing with up to 10 pages printing is free.
