If you have booked in a session for the day well ahead of that day, there needs to be a way that you can gain access to the facility before 9am. At 330 Collins Street there is no where to wait downstairs - there used to be a couch - this has been removed from the foyer.
Many of us like starting a little bit earlier - say 7:30am before the main part of the day takes over. It would be a huge benefit if this was possible. To date, the only response I receive from all receptions is "We only open at 9am!" - normally I have completed 2-3 hours work by then.

It's straight-forward, quiet and functional. Not many bells and whistles in terms of design, so if you're looking for a more 'funky' space, keep walking, but if getting your work done on time is your priority, then CSBC fits the bill nicely.
