Our goal is to provide a safe, clean, and healthy working environment for all office tenants, staff, contractors, and visitors. We are committed to identifying and managing potential risks to minimise injury and promote wellbeing.
1. General Safety
All users of the space must take reasonable care of their own health and safety, and avoid endangering others.
Emergency exits must be kept clear at all times.
Any hazards, spills, or damage must be reported immediately to the building manager.
2. Emergency Procedures
Emergency evacuation maps are posted near exits.
Fire extinguishers and alarms are installed and checked regularly.
In case of fire, earthquake, or other emergencies, follow evacuation procedures and proceed to the designated assembly area.
3. Building Access
Entry and exit must be through approved doors only.
Visitors must be registered and accompanied by tenants at all times.
Tenants are responsible for keeping access credentials (e.g. PIN codes or swipe cards) secure.
4. Hygiene & Cleaning
The space is cleaned regularly. However, tenants are responsible for keeping their desks and common areas tidy.
Shared kitchen and bathroom facilities must be left clean after use.
Rubbish must be disposed of properly using provided bins.
5. Electrical Safety
Only qualified professionals may install or repair electrical equipment.
Tenants must ensure their devices and equipment are in good working condition.
Overloading power outlets is prohibited.
6. First Aid
A basic first aid kit is available on site.
Serious injuries must be reported to management immediately and followed up with appropriate medical attention.
Tenants are encouraged to familiarise themselves with emergency contact numbers.
7. Incident Reporting
Any incident, injury, near-miss, or unsafe condition must be reported to the office manager within 24 hours.
All reports will be recorded and investigated promptly.
8. COVID-19 & Illness Protocols
Individuals showing signs of illness are advised not to attend the office.
Hand sanitisers are available on-site.
The office is ventilated regularly to promote air circulation.
9. Responsibility
Krishna’s Badminton Centre (operated by Peak Play Pty Ltd) is responsible for maintaining a safe environment.
Tenants and their teams are expected to comply with all safety protocols and cooperate with safety reviews and inspections
10. Review & Compliance
This policy is reviewed annually or after any significant incident. All tenants will be notified of any updates.
