"Burra" (meaning 'eel' in the local Burramattagal language) is an 18-person boardroom located in the business hub on level 2 of Parramatta's new iconic landmark, 32 Smith St. Designed to the highest architectural standards, it is the ideal location for presentations and board meetings, offering a beautiful, professional and ergonomic space with contemporary finishes and facilities. The room has high-definition connections to a large presentation screen using either standard HDMI cable (with USB-C, Displayport, Mini Displayport and Mini "C" HDMI adapters), or through wireless Crestron AV technology. Video conferencing equipment includes a high-definition camera and multiple microphone / speaker hubs connected via USB cable input, driven by the technology on your own device (i.e Zoom, Skype, Teams etc). The room also contains a large whiteboard with supplied markers and erasers, has multiple in-table AC and USB power ports, and is fully enclosable with floor-to-ceiling privacy curtains and soundproofing. This room also features a stunning mural by Sydney-based installation artist Jason Wing. Meeting room bookings also include the use of business grade wifi, tea-and-coffee and kitchen facilities, as well as break-out communal spaces within the business hub. Complimentary filtered still and sparkling water is available for all bookings. Meeting rooms bookings are available from 9am to 5pm on business days.
