Cleaning fee and bottled water fee not noted on description and not agreed to ahead of time. Reached out to contact to inquire about charges but never heard back. Room itself is nice, good location. The chairs are rather large for the space, making it difficult to maneuver around the room.

I'm a regular patron of this center, but this is the first time that I rented an office instead of the conference rooms. This is by far the worse experience I've ever had.
First, the carpet in the room was flipped up and I had to try to move the heavy chairs to straighten it. This issue represented a real trip hazard.
Here are the other key issues:
--Room was dirty.
--Garbage was not empty
--There was a clear spill on the wall behind the desk
--The chair height could not be raised and I had to sit on a stack of books during my meetings
And worse of all... this is the first time that the first desk representative was less than professional. I have always had absolutely wonderful experiences with the staff at this location, but the young lady there did not greet me or my guess (who arrived separately) with the level of professionalism and hospitality that I have always experienced in the past. The representative acted like she was doing special favors when being addressed.

Excellent venue! Impressive, professional setting, comfortable chairs, great air-conditioning (very much appreciated on a super humid day), and terrific facilities (clean bathroom, nice coffee/break room, nice view). Also, helpful receptionist. A+ all around.

The conference room was spacious, nicely furnished, with big windows and wonderful Rockefeller Center view. The facility handled our catering order efficiently and the staff were very courteous and professional. Great experience!

Great space! Make sure you list all guests so that they are in the system to get past security in the lobby at registration. Office was on the 20th floor. Secretary was very helpful. They could easily charge more for such a fantastic location and service.
