You will love the vibe here at 350 Townsend, personal and friendly. Our suites have everything you will need and are beautifully decorated! The building is colorful and full of artwork , done by artist John Kuzich. You will enjoy walking through the many areas to view the eclectic works of art. Each floor has 2 bathrooms and a kitchen. We are surrounded by great restaurants, coffee places, The Ballpark, food trucks and the Mission Bay Creek Area. Cal Train is across the street and many bus routes run on Townsend St. Free parking on Bluxome St. at 5th St. behind our building, in front of the huge empty space that use to be the SF Tennis Club. Sorry to say we are not ADA accessible.

Directions to space: The building is located at 350 Townsend St. across the street from CalTrain. We are not ADA accessible. Past though the front gate and move up the stairs, take the doors on your left, enter building code into the keypad. You are now in the lobby on the 2nd floor, go through the doorway to the left of the lobby table. Continue around and go through the open double doors, pass the lounge with red couch and take the first left and continue down the hall, at the end is suite 280 please enter door code. At the top of the stairs (bathrooms are on your left) take the walkway in front of you, continue around turning right, continue straight to the end of that walkway, do not turn again. The suite is the last office on this walkway and is on your left. All codes for the building entry, office and bathrooms are on the door with locks in Amenities.

Meeting space was clean, well equipped, and overall space was quiet. Staff stopped by and introduced themselves, provided their phone numbers, and indicated that if we had any challenges to please reach out. We will use this space again the future.
