This plan provides all of the benefits of the Virtual Plan, plus provides a reserved desk or cube- a permanent place to call your own (and leave your stuff behind). This is also the lowest cost plan with 24-hour access to the space. Private desks/cubes offer keyed cabinets and drawers. This option gives you the ability to set up shop and stay there! Use it every calendar day of the month, without restriction. This plan also allows you to use any of our Conference (on-site only) or Huddle spaces up to twice during the month, without additional cost. All benefits of the Virtual Plan plus the following: • Personally selected desk or cube space to leave set up with your belongings. • Keyed cabinets/drawers to lock anything valuable you may want to leave stored at your desk (such as your favorite pen, mousepad or even your post-it notes). • Includes use of conference room 2x per month (based upon availability) • Access to The Harvest Courtyard (based upon availability) • Reserved use of seasonal Garden Boxes (Additional Fee applies) Restrictions: First-come come first-serve reservations on conference spaces, patio, and garden boxes. Our least expensive way to commit to our growing community. Join the "Flex" and access your space up to 20 days each month. While you won't get a desk to call your own, you can choose a different view each time you come in. Enjoy ALL of the benefits of the space, including taking advantage of our Professional Development Services. This plan is for the professional who doesn't need us for the nine to five, but wants a workplace to be a part of. All benefits of the virtual plan plus the following: • Fast WiFi access • Daily access: 8 am-6 pm • Utilize all common workspace areas • Complimentary coffee & tea • Unlimited huddle room reservations • Use open desks or cubes in coworking space daily • Common access monitor storage is available. • Includes use of conference room 1x per month. • Use of outdoor patio & grill as available. There are no reservation options for patio space. Restrictions: Hours limited to above. No personal belongings can be left behind. There is no guaranteed assignment of location or desk. Minimum commitment of 90 days. 60-Day notice on termination.

Enjoy two half-day passes for Huddle or Meeting Rooms, patio workday reservations for sunny days, and exclusive evening access to the Harvest Courtyard for barbecues with up to six guests (members join free!).
