Barstow Conference Room
The Barstow Conference Room is a bright, flexible meeting space designed to accommodate any size gathering. Featuring large modular tables, floor-to-ceiling windows with natural light, and full Zoom Room technology for seamless virtual meetings and screen sharing. Comfortably seats 12–16 in a boardroom setup, 18–32 with individual tables, or up to 50 in theater style. High-speed Wi-Fi, a whiteboard, complimentary coffee, and a private connected bathroom are all included with your booking. Outside food from one of our downtown favorites is always acceptable -or- catering options are available upon request.

Wi-Fi is available to all guests of The Coven! If for some reason there is an issue connecting, please ask one of our friendly staff members for assistance. Wi-Fi information is also listed on/around all workspaces.

The Barstow Conference room is set to a boardroom style layout for most meetings, but alternate layouts are available by request.

Street parking is available throughout Downtown Eau Claire. Otherwise, attached to The Lismore Hotel on Gibson Street there is additional paid parking available. The ramp is directly across the street from us!

Filming within our space can be done with advanced notice and in coordination with a booking or rental.
