This 1560 square ft. room (65ftL x 24ftW) is ideal for celebrations, retreats, corporate parties or gatherings and more. $150/per hour + $200.00 Damage/Cleaning Deposit. (deposit will be charged upon booking) Deposit will be refunded if the room is left in the same condition prior to the event. A checklist and event agreement will be emailed to you for your signature. Rental includes 9 32" round tables with 4 chairs at each table, plus yellow metal stools, refrigerator, freezer and kitchen, prep area (no oven) Seating for up to 70 people indoors. Additional seating for 20 (5 metal round bench tables) on the outdoor patio. Additional tables and chairs can be rented. See our Add On checklist for more details. You can bring in your own food or have it catered. When booking, please be sure to include set up time and clean up time.
