The Pitch Deck is located within Vibe Coworks, an active coworking space, and includes a 65" TV fully equipped with webcam for remote conferencing. One wall of the room is glass, and faces out to an area of the coworking space that is akin to a coffee shop lounge. Basic water service is provided; you are invited to bring or order your own coffee and/or food service from the vendor of your choice. The furniture arrangement in The Pitch Deck is semi-permanent. While the table can be shifted slightly in any direction, it cannot be removed from the room. Additional chairs may be added upon request. Your reservation time is inclusive of any time needed for set up and cleanup. Use of the Pitch Deck is included with all bookings of the adjacent training and event area, the Summit Space.

The Rebel Room is located within Vibe Coworks, an active coworking space and includes floor-to-ceiling whiteboard walls and a 60" TV with webcam. One wall of the room is glass, and faces out to a hallway frequented by coworking space users. Basic water service is provided; you are invited to bring or order in your own coffee and/or food service from the vendor of your choice. The furniture arrangement in the Rebel Room is semi-permanent. The table can be moved several feet to either side, but cannot be removed from the room. Additional chairs can be added upon request. Your reservation time is inclusive of any time needed for set up and cleanup.

The Hive is located within Vibe Coworks, an active coworking space, and includes a 65" TV fully equipped with webcam for remote conferencing. One wall of the room is glass, and faces out to an area of the coworking space that is akin to a coffee shop lounge. Basic water service is provided; you are invited to bring or order your own coffee and/or food service from the vendor of your choice. The furniture arrangement in The Hive is permanent. While additional chairs can be added, the table cannot be moved. Your reservation time is inclusive of any time needed for set up and cleanup. Use of The Hive is included with all bookings of the adjacent training and event area, the Summit Space.

Located on the second floor of The Centennial in Poulsbo, Vibe Coworks offers four options for on-demand meeting and event space. The Summit Space is a fully staffed (no access code required) large meeting and event venue, and carries with it the energy of dozens of other professionals who make Vibe Coworks their work home on a daily basis. The Summit Space comes fully equipped with the following amenities free of charge: • Overhead projector and screen • Flexible furniture arrangements • Wireless, handheld microphones • Speaker system • Adjacent breakout rooms (2) • Access to catering kitchen • Fiber broadband WiFi • Power over Ethernet connections • Meeting Owl Pro 360 webcam (upon request) • Elevator access • On-site staffed support • On-site food + beverage options • E/V charging stations • Air conditioning • Mother’s lounge NEED TO KNOW The Summit Space is located within Vibe Coworks, a vibrant shared workspace. While separated from the main coworking space, the Summit Space is not enclosed and does not offer full privacy. Use of microphones, speakers and catering kitchen is permitted only after 5pm, or on weekends. All tables in the Summit Space are round. The minimum reservation length for the Summit Space is 2 hours. Two smaller meeting rooms (The Hive and The Pitch Deck) are directly adjacent to the Summit Space and are included with all Summit Space reservations. Your reservation time is inclusive of any time needed for set up and cleanup. The Vibe Spaces team will take care of any furniture arrangements; you do not need to factor that time into your reservation time. Complimentary water service is provided; you are invited to bring or order in your own coffee and/or food service from the vendor of your choice. On-site food and bar options from ChocMo, Crabtree Kitchen + Bar and High Spirits make hosting meetings here especially easy.
