Venture Mechanics Coworking Studios is committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for all employees, members, and visitors. This policy outlines our commitment to preventing accidents and occupational health issues through proactive safety measures and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities:
Management: The management team is responsible for setting, promoting, and monitoring health and safety policies and procedures.
Employees and Members: All employees and members are responsible for their safety, as well as the safety of others. They must adhere to safety policies, report hazards, and actively participate in safety training.
Visitors: Visitors are expected to comply with safety guidelines and instructions provided during their stay at Venture Mechanics Coworking Studios.
Safety Procedures:
Emergency Procedures: Clear instructions for responding to fire, medical emergencies, or other incidents must be posted throughout the facility. Emergency exits, evacuation routes, and assembly points should be clearly marked and regularly reviewed.
First Aid and Medical Assistance: Adequate first aid supplies and trained personnel must be available on-site. Procedures for reporting and responding to injuries or medical emergencies should be established.
