We are an entrepreneurial center hosting private offices, a shared workspace environment, and private meeting rooms. Our conference room has a Smart TV and seating for 6-8; there is also a projector available for reservation. Our office space hosts a kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee, and sink. We also have a break area where you can relax with a snack or drink, watch TV or play darts. Our location is walking distance to Olde Towne Portsmouth with easy access to many restaurants and shops. We are a short walk to the waterfront and water taxi to Downtown Norfolk.

Our dedicated desks are located in a shared workspace environment with access to WiFi, printer/scanner/copier, kitchen, conference room, and break area (with table tennis & darts).
Open Desk in Common Work Environment
Our shared work environment has a mixture of counter desks and regular desks available for shared use. Membership at this open desk level includes access to WiFi, mailroom, break area, conference room, kitchen, and office supplies. This rate provides access to a shared desk five days a week.
Large Conference Room
Our brand new co-working and meeting space is available now! This downstairs, private conference room offers tables that can be adjusted for your needs. It can be set up as a conference room or a presentation learning environment. A large pull-down screen with projector will make presentations easy to view for your group. WiFi included, sink with counter space for food. Access to common kitchen available. Coming soon - a large white board! Just outside of the meeting room through sliding glass doors is a lounge area that is available to be used at the time of reservation as well.

Enjoy your next meeting in The Idea Room - a space that can hold up to 10 people and boasts a full-wall white board for easy planning and brainstorming. Access to on-site amenities such as WiFi, kitchen, printing, and restroom.
