Venture X Arlington - Courthouse Metro is a locally owned and operated brand new flexible office space offering its members 24/7 access to a secure, shared, flexible workspace with a community of like-minded business professionals. We consider ourselves the coworking space for serious Professionals. Our members include government agencies, entrepreneurs, established businesses and startups, and small- to medium-sized businesses. We have top notch internet security provided by Essensys, Vari sit to stand desks in every office, privacy screening on office fronts so no one can see in and a warm and inviting lounge area furnished by Herman Miller. We also have two large board rooms, smaller meeting rooms and access for our customers to a conference center on the first floor. Enjoy warm weather days on our outdoor furnished patios. The Navy League Building has a brand new gym for use of our tenants with a locker and shower room. We also have a fully serviced concierge desk for help with all things local including dry cleaning, food ordering, reservations etc. Within walking distance are many bars, restaurants, retail shops, bike trails, parks and the whole Clarendon/Courthouse corridor. We are next door to the Metro and there is easy access to both Hwy 66 and Route 50. Within a 3 mile radius you have the Pentagon, Amazon HQ, Downtown DC, Rosslyn, National Airport, Ballston, and Arlington National Cemetery.
