We have spacious offices for companies needing a larger footprint with room to grow. We can accommodate up to 50 co-located desks. The modern designed space has high exposed ceilings with an industrial loft design, floor-to-ceiling windows and all the amenities afforded a Class A office environment. There is a large lounge area and assembly area for events for up to 100+ guests, a café and kitchen. With plenty of parking for guests and access to the North Park area of Dallas. Ample member parking as well as free guest parking. In addition to 52 premium executive offices we have 5 conference rooms, 3500 square feet of event space, a podcast and green-screen room. We are co-located with Double Tree hotel and all Venture X Members have access to a 10k sq foot state-of-the-art gym.
