Soar Creative - Warehouse
A blank canvas with a world of possibilities! Our 1800 sq ft unfinished warehouse space is part of an 8200 sq ft beautifully finished artistic rehearsal, collaboration, and event space. Features exposed brick on one wall. Wide open space with two dock doors (one to exterior, one to interior) for easy loading and unloading of equipment and set pieces. Climate controlled for the hot Texas summers! Convenient to I-35, Dallas North Tollway, and I-30.
Adjacent kitchen space with outdoor deck also available at discounted rate.
Includes 10 chairs and 2 tables. Additional chairs and tables available for a small fee.
P.A. and stage available for rent.
Participant waiver required for aerial/acrobatic arts. Instructors/performers must provide proof of insurance. No illicit substances, firearms, or open fire on premises. Smoking (outdoors) and amplified music by permission only.
THE USE OF AMPLIFIED MUSIC REQUIRES RENTAL OF BOTH WAREHOUSE AND KITCHEN.
