$500/month for a 12-month agreement. Or $550/month for a month-to-month agreement. Note: This is a shared space, you will be sharing the office with other individuals.  Includes a dedicated desk in a professional shared environment, professional high-speed internet, receptionist services, kitchen access, unlimited coffee and water.  Access to the building’s gym.  Parking is free.  We offer a large conference room (seats 8-10) and a training room (seats 12) that can be used 1 hour free each day. It can be reserved through our Office Manager.  For longer periods the charge is $36/hour or $200/day; also reserved through our Office Manager.  Street signage is available for $35/month with a one-time set up fee of $99.  A one-time activation fee of $60 will be applied for set-up of your account.  When you move out there is a $200 office restoration fee to paint, deep clean and to reset the office space.  We do require a 1-month deposit that is refunded to you at the end of your agreement per terms. We do not process any financial or credit checks.
