The private event space is located in the large communal area with the capability to be completely private using our large glass partition doors. The glass partition doors are functional and create a unique aspect in our space. This event space is perfect for conferences with the projector and large screen included, while also being able to beautifully hold cocktail style events and receptions. A completely customizable event space with high ceiling and an event coordinator on site. In addition this private event space houses are largest conference room with a 16 person capacity. *100 person capacity for theater style seating or standing*

Mindspace Philadelphia combines function, design and hi-level hospitality. Our location is located in the historic Wanamaker Building adjacent to City Hall. Over 42,000 square feet of flex office space, event space and luxe lounge spaces.
Dedicated Desks
This office space has wonderful natural light, access to meeting rooms, kitchen area and communal space. Desk, office chair and WiFi are all provided.
4 Person Office Space
This office space has wonderful natural light, access to meeting rooms, kitchen area and communal space. Desk, office chair and WiFi are all provided.
Suite 5
This 40 person suite includes two internal spaces that can be used as dedicated meeting rooms or private executive offices.
Day Pass
Mindpass Daily is a daily access pass that allows you to work from Mindspace on an on-demand basis. Grant yourself a professional and inspiring working environment, whenever you see fit. Choose your date and enjoy the perks of working at a desk in a shared office or a designated area on business days between 9am-5pm.
Event Space Private (After Hours)

Meeting Rooms
Eight beautiful, fully equipped meeting rooms in total. TVs with plug-in and Air Play capabilities, white board, refreshments, and meeting amenities included.
Private Suite (Events, trainings, etc)
Beautiful corner suite that is ideal for about a team of 30-40. Fits up to 60 desks total. This unit can be used as event space, training room for workshops etc. The suite also included 2 private huddle rooms within the unit.

Mindspace Philadelphia is adhereing to all CDC recommendations, and City of Philadelphia regulations. Including Wanamaker Building regulations.
