Blu Bear Studios is passionate about keeping a clean, safe, and sanitized space for our guests. Before arrival, your space will be thoroughly wiped down and completely sanitized. We also follow strict COVID-19 safety policies and currently follow the most recent CDC and local government requirements. The building is equipped with mechanical automatic locking doors (key card access only), 24/7 security cameras, exterior security lighting, full-time staff member onsite at all times, state-of-the-art fire alarm, and five emergency exits.
