The Board Room is a mature space, with it’s fast WI-FI connectivity, high ceilings, brick walls and an interior glass wall that gives a glimpse of the original building elevator from 1870, the room is sure to impress. The amenities also include a 12′ board room table with 10 high back leather swivel chairs.

The Junction is a smaller conference room space with tons of character. It is located in an old tobacco warehouse, which was built in 1870. With it’s fast WI-FI, high ceilings, original hardwood floors and high ceilings, the space will be a conversation piece. The amenities also include a 5' round conference table that doubles as a whiteboard. There are 4 high back chairs, a whiteboard (the table itself) and a smart TV.

Cool events require a creative space, which is why our former tobacco warehouse with hints of industrial design is just the kind of space you want for next event. This space can be customized and allows for the event to spill into other parts of the building including some outdoor space. Custom artwork and murals fill the space, while a chalkboard wall and projector screen are available for the serious parts of your event.

Located mainly on the garden level of the building, you will find a collection of desk spaces. All of the spaces include the amenities a business needs to succeed: conference rooms, high speed internet, collaboration, copiers/scanners/printers, parking, and 24/7 access.
