We offer a private office space approx 8' x 10' set up as a video or podcasting studio with a pair of podcasting headphones, microphones on adjustable stands , and a Zoom podcasting recording device. We also have a Smartphone camera ring light tripod to use. The room offers Stage LED uplighting and a 55" ROKU TV with one HDMI cord for use. Must bring own SD card for recording or iPhone or laptop can be connected to the recorder.

We are a local full-service real estate brokerage located in Downingtown, Pennsylvania. Our office space is open with a rustic industrial feel as well as some private offices with shared desks available. We are minutes to both the Thorndale and Downingtown Train Stations as well as major routes like Rt 202, RT 30 Bypass and close to King of Prussia and Lancaster.
Dedicated Desk
We are looking to partner with complementary businesses to rent our desk space. The space is inside a private office with lots of light and two other desks, internet included with access to a copier/ printer(for additional fee) . The office has a conference room with a flat screen smart TV and basic cable. Our kitchenette is large and great for gatherings offering free coffee and tea with filtered water. 24/7 access to the property with a large parking lot for convenience. Sorry no lenders.

The property is located in a shopping center minutes to both the Thorndale and Downingtown train stations and minutes to RT 202 and RT 30 Bypass for convenience. Over 13,000 cars pass by our office every day and that number is growing with all the commercial development occurring around us. We include all utilities in our rent and allow you use of our conference room and kitchen area for gatherings and events. The feel of the office is modern with a rustic industrial look.
Conference Room
Our real estate brokerage located in Downingtown, Pennsylvania is convenient to both the Thorndale R5 train station and the Downingtown Train Stations as well as major routes like Rt 202 and Rt30 Bypass. We have a hosted reception area Monday through Friday 11am-4pm and can accommodate a small meeting in our light and bright conference room. It offers a table with up to ten spaces for people to sit, Modern outlet plugs that allow for direct USB plugs and a Smart TV with Roku and Free Wifi. There is a large window with lots of natural light and a separate entrance if needed. We have a large kitchenette area with Keurig machine, assorted teas, and coffees as well as a microwave and refrigerator and filtered water cooler. Two restrooms and a copier/printer/ fax machine. Plenty of parking in our parking lot. We will gladly set up your space with pens and letter sized pads of paper as well as light snacks and bottled water. We love the open Starbucks like feel to our space the flexibility of using our conference room with the smart TV as a second monitor to conduct presentations and training. Since adding in the USB plugs we can also charge our tablets and phones while in the conference room.

Your health and safety is our top priority. Therefore as we follow the quickly developing environment around Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are implementing new policies to help us prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community. Thank you for reading this and supporting our efforts!  

Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) we are implementing the following enhanced health and safety policies. 


Cleaning

We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, members and guests. These include; 

Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant. 

Providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes. 

Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used. 

 

Hygiene

Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:

Wash your hands frequently and properly. A guide can be found here: www.who.int/gpsc/clean_hands_protection

Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and use hand sanitizer regularly. Wash your hands. (It’s a theme.)

Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues. (There’s that hand-washing again!)

Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards. (In case you forgot.)

 

Kitchen

We will be limiting shared kitchen services including coffee and refreshment as well as limiting the use of reusable utensils and drinkware during this time. Single use items may still be served as available in the kitchen but we apologize for any inconvenience this limited service may have. 

 

If You Are Sick

For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please! Not only is this common courtesy, it will help you recover more quickly and keep your immune system strong. 

Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days. 

 

If You Have Traveled

For our employees, members and guests. If you have recently traveled to high-risk areas (China, Italy and other areas as updated by the CDC), they are being asked to self-quarantine for 14 days, even if they show no symptoms, to monitor for any symptoms of illness. This may be extended to those who have traveled to other areas where COVID-19 is spreading. 

If you have recently traveled internationally or may have been exposed to people traveling from affected areas, please monitor yourself. 

If you are showing any symptoms of illness we ask you to check with your healthcare provider. Please do not plan to return to work until you’ve been cleared and are no longer sick.

Social distancing

We are strongly encouraging members and guests to avoid congregating in our common spaces and will try to accommodate any members or guests who ask to work or meet in isolation.

Closures

Finally, we have policies in place and will communicate further to implement closures and further cleaning protocols if we are notified that any person that has used our space recently is diagnosed with COVID-19.
