Our Delaware location has 1 floor, and is accessible by ramp in the back lot.

Free coffee & tea are available in the kitchen during work hours. Work hours: Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM.

Filtered water and sparkling water available on tap in the kitchen!

Hosted Reception

Our community manager sits at a desk in the front of our space Monday - Friday, 8AM - 5PM. They are happy to assist guests with anything they might need!

Parking

COhatch has nine (9) spaces on the east side of our building. Please do not park in the reserved City, Destination Delaware, or Welcome Center spots on the other side, handicap parking on William St. or City Hall. We have a wheelchair ramp at the back of the building; the adjacent space can be reserved in advance. The City of Delaware has public parking lots which are metered M-F 9a-5p, but free outside of those hours. Grey meters are 3 hours, and Green are 10 hours. You can use the ParkMobile app to pay or use quarters which go in the right side of the meter. Monthly parking passes are available at the Union St. Police Station. Street parking is a mix of metered spaces, free marked 2 hour spaces, and free, unmetered spaces like South Union Street. Please note, parking enforcement does monitor and ticket.
