Situated at 1201 Dublin Road in Grandview Heights, Versa’s iconic four-story tower building boasts 37,000 square feet of flexible workspace featuring modern private executive office space, comfortable and collaborative community workspace and lounges, designated private areas for team meetings and phone calls, and fully-equipped event, conference, and corporate meeting spaces. Versa Grandview features a scenic lakefront view and a bright and open layout. The location also offers exceptional convenience with ample parking, easy access to major freeway systems, and close proximity to the restaurants and shops of Grandview Avenue.
Coworking Membership
Set up shop for the day (8am - 5pm) at any available open desk or lounge seat. Charging stations are available throughout the building, along with couches, cozy nooks and ergonomic work stations. Quiet rooms are available for private phone calls. Extended hours access is available as an upgrade, and provides access to Versa 6am - 12am.
Dedicated Desk
A permanent spot combined with the excitement of being part of a community of like-minded professionals. Located in an open floor plan at Versa Grandview, each desk includes a lockable file cabinet and ergonomically adjustable chair, while access to the full membership services creates the perfect balance of comfort and flexibility. Studio 2 is our largest space that can hold up to 50 people in classroom style seating. It is equipped with a large projector screen to present from, white board space, and a large countertop in the back for catering.
The Board Room
The Board Room is a Board style meeting room that can seat up to 14 people around a boardroom table. It is equipped with a TV to connect to, white board space, and some natural lighting.
The Control Tower
The Control Tower is a Board style meeting room that can seat up to 10 people around a boardroom table. It is equipped with a TV to connect to, white board space, and two walls of full windows that brings beautiful views and light into the room.
The Conversation Room
The Conversation Room is a larger room that can hold up to 35 people comfortably. The room is equipped with a large 95-inch television to connect to, white board space, a kitchenette in the back of the room for catering, and plenty of natural light.
The Fireside Lounge
The Fireside Lounge is equipped with a TV to connect to, lounge seating for up to 12 people, a flip chart, natural light, and a functional fireplace that might be perfect to use during the chillier days.
