Welcome to The Co-Workshop! We have a fully renovated modern workspace/offices totaling 3000 +/- sq/ft. Our space includes a large conference area with private breakout room and private rest room as well as small conference room and several private offices available. We have a full color printer if needed as well as lounge area and reception space. Our location on the corner of Ballston Rd (Rt 50) and Dutch Meadow Ln in the town of Glenville is a corner location with incredible exposure and access. We are 5 mins from downtown Schenectady, General Electric HQ's, The Rivers Casino, the Village of Scotia and Glenville's commercial district. Our location offers a variety of dining, shopping, and main thoroughfares with in 5 mins in any direction. Our parking lot can accommodate up to 15+ cars and offer a handicap ramp and ADA compliant restrooms.
