After years of requests and exploration, we swarmed a hive in Newburgh in January 2021. And after three years in the Wireworks building, we relocated to a new home. The vibe is different: more intimate, more communal, more Newburgh. Think of it has a work lounge and clubhouse. We share a building with Newburgh Creates — a center for emerging artists and school of art and design for youth — and affiliated design studio Art & Anthropology. We occupy the entire loft-like top floor. The neighborhood: just a few blocks from Downing Park and a short stroll to 190 Bar, Meltdown Yoga, Downstate, District Ramen, Silk Factory, Golden Hour Books, and pre-gentrification faves like Mr Cris Pizzeria and Andrea Cecilia. As pioneers in the coworking movement we’ve leveraged our years of experience to create a warm, comfortable, inviting, productive place to work, meet, collaborate and socialize.
