The Malin Chelsea is our first space in New York designed for both work and events. The Malin Chelsea spans 20,000 square feet, offering a traditional Malin workspace in the front and a fully equipped event venue in the back. The 7th Avenue entrance leads into a street-level workspace featuring open seating, eight private offices, 16 dedicated desks, one boardroom, and three additional meeting rooms. A kitchen and 16 phone booths round out the work side of the floor plan.
