Mulberry Podcast Room
The Mulberry Studios Podcast Studio is a professionally soundproofed space to record podcasts and ADR. The room features a round black table outfitted with four low-profile, broadcasting removable mic arms and top-of-the-line Shure SM7 microphones. Whether you are recording to a local device or using the adjacent edit bay with a sound engineer, the podcast studio offers an intimate vibe for long conversations. The room is outfitted to record video podcasts as well. AMENITIES: - Wifi - Kitchen (food and beverage not included, outside catering is allowed) - 4 Shure SM7 microphones - 4 low-profile broadcasting mic arms (removable) - 4 leather rolling chairs - Minutes away from all the major subway lines (A, C, E, B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, W, 6, 1, J, Z)"
Mulberry Screening Room
The Mulberry Studios Screening Room is a comfortable and chic living room-like space to host meetings, movie screenings, focus groups, events, and creative sessions. With ample seating on a large leather sectional and built-in window benches, the room centers around a 13-foot projector screen that features velvet curtains to close when a screening is not in use. Surrounded by windows on two sides, the room features remote-controlled blackout shades as well. Immediately adjacent to the screening room is a kitchen area that can be used at an additional cost. AMENITIES: - WiFi - 4K projector w/ Apple TV & HDMI hookup - 7.1 surround sound for screenings - Sonos sound system for events - Blackout window shades - Kitchen (food and beverage not included, outside catering is allowed) - Minutes away from all the major subway lines (A, C, E, B, D, F, M, N, Q, R, W, 6, 1, J, Z) Additional Fee: Cleaning Fee - $250 (applies to all bookings)

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities. 

High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected.

Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed. 

A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings. 

Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning.
